Our Mini Flexi Hose Welder is developed for stainless steel flexible hoses or corrugated flexible hoses to weld both the sleeve and their adaptors ranging from 5mm to 65mm in diameter ( 1/4 to 2 1/2 inches ), catering to GTAW weld methods with wire feeding. With height, diameter and offsets all automatically settable. This system also combines the worlds most advanced cloud monitoring technology inbuilt, that helps in monitoring every component being welded on this machine.

Data Logging and Cloud Monitoring

The machine Data Logger represents leading edge technology in welding and machine data collection and logging. The micro-controller based weld data acquisition system provides a means of measuring and documenting all basic machine parameters when used with external PC.
Cloud-based monitor that requires either an Ethernet connection or can be used on a cellular network. Once the physical connections have been set and powered, the rest of the setup is completed on a web browser.
