Our Pipe Spool Welder are developed with more than 30 years of expertise in the pipe spool fabrication industry. While mostly used in power plants and petroleum refineries, our system caters to a wide range of pipe welding industries as well.

The system has dual weld heads combining the root pass and the follow up pass with plethora of options such GMAW, GTAW, PAW, SAW and FCAW. With auto setting of both root and multi pass the Teach User Interface is the most simplest tool for the operator.

Data Logging and Cloud Monitoring

The machine Data Logger represents leading edge technology in welding and machine data collection and logging. The micro-controller based weld data acquisition system provides a means of measuring and documenting all basic machine parameters when used with external PC.
Cloud-based monitor that requires either an Ethernet connection or can be used on a cellular network. Once the physical connections have been set and powered, the rest of the setup is completed on a web browser.
