The Evolution of Cylinder Welder – Ep 03 (final model 2020 – 2021)

We have made extensive upgrades for the Cylinder Welder to suit most of the child parts that gets welded on to the cylinder, while we started with Auto Port Locator, we have now included an extensive range, i.e; The Tailstock System, The Headstock System with optional push pull to accommodate  variable tube lengths from 100mm to 10000mm. So the final edition that we have introduced in 2020 is our Cylinder Welder V3.0.

As of July we are progressing our Cylinder Welder applications from hydraulic cylinders to Accumulator welding and Fermentation tank welding for Medical Applications. I & my entire team are very happy to serve our customers as we have learnt so much from the developments of our initial tinkering to the right product for application solely meant for hydraulic sector and now catering to the Medical sector.

In times like these we are very much indebted to the Medical Services team and all the volunteers supporting Covid-19 activities & wish all a very fine health & hope to find our articles useful for either sharing or creating.
