We developed this system for Lithium Ion battery pack micro spot welding where the accuracy of positioning is the most important factor as the layer of weld & position is at 0.1mm precision.

Micro spot power source electrode is at a diameter of 0.8 mm covering the exact area of the thin 0.2mm connector sheet which get welded on to the cell.
The option of variable matrix can be done through .csv format file for ease of access to complicated profiles and multiple programs.
