7. Orbital Welding System with Robotic Arm
This machine was developed to weld connecting hydraulic tubes of max thickness of 6mm and length up to 13feet tubes could be loaded with auto supporting arm. Weaving, Multiple Passing and Oscillation weld can be done. This has been tested for 1500 bar pressure during crack test with 100% penetration with no leakage. It can lift up to 40kgs of weight to 1200mm height. Supporting arm holds up the tube to avoid misalignment during the orbital welding. Input to the system is given through touch UI. 8. Orbital Welding System for Bent Tubes
